A tiny command line utility to Disable / Enable the notification balloons in Windows XP, Vista and 7.

Balloon Killer Command is a portable application, you just need to extract the files from the ZIP archive.
The archive contains this ReadMe.txt and bkc.exe.
The best thing is to copy bkc.exe to the Windows\system32 folder or any other folder that is in the Windows search path so it will be available from any folder location.

bkc.exe was built to run from the command line (better run as administrator).
Running it without parameters will show a basic help screen.

Syntax:
bkc -e to enable the notification balloons
bkc -d to disable the notification balloons
bkc -s to view the notification balloons status

You must logoff and back for changes to take effect.
